A lot of heart and soul was put into creating a space where clients can come relax, be present, and feel safe. There is no judgment cast on anyone who walks through the studio doorway, and the goal is to have everyone who leaves feeling positive and aware that self-care is empowering - not selfish.
Along with these values, Black Fox Esthetics LLC only uses cruelty-free products that are natural based with active ingredients and uses biodegradable disposable tools as much as possible. I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jackie, and I am the owner/founder/esthetician of Black Fox Esthetics. I graduated from esthetician school and received my license a full week before the big COVID shutdown in March of 2020. I used that time to establish the behind-the-scenes of my business, and the second we were able to start working again I opened my doors.
This has been an endeavor that I never saw myself doing, but after putting myself through college pursuing a degree in history, and finally wanting to retire from professional cake decorating after fifteen years, skincare plopped right in my lap.
I have suffered from acne off and on my whole life, and I dedicated myself to learning the ins and outs of treating it, so I decided to put my knowledge to real use. To me, skincare is not about beauty but about confidence and mental health. Skincare is about nourishing, healing, and protecting the skin you have so that you can look at yourself in the mirror and see the best version of yourself when you give it a little love.
Offering lash extensions was also an unforeseen endeavor, but providing both lash and skin services gives me the joy of versatility in my studio so I never get bored. I want all my clients to know that I don't ever claim to know everything, but I will always strive to learn so that I can be as knowledgeable as I possibly can to provide answers and the best quality service within my scope. Cancellation
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY! All cancelations must be made 24 hrs or more prior to your scheduled service. Those that are less than 24 hrs' notice will be charged 50% of service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of service. After three last-minute cancellations or two no-shows, you will no longer be able to book with Black Fox Esthetics LLC.
Tardiness
For anyone who may run late for their appointments, please text me to let me know. I allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are later than 10 minutes then we will have to reschedule your appointment. This is out of respect for not only my time, but also the time of other clients who have appointments after you.
Sickness
Skincare and other esthetic services are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Refund
Black Fox Esthetics does not issue refunds for services rendered! If there are any issues with services, a free touch-up or follow-up service will be given.
Communication
Please always communicate with me if something comes up that affects your appointment, or if there are any concerns. I understand that life happens. I am always just a text away and will always respond within a 24 hour time frame unless it's an absolute emergency.
